<p>Insolvency—Assignee—Equity Jubisdiction—A court of equity .has jurisdiction to compel an assignee in insolvency to execute his trust, and account for the property assigned to him. The remedy afforded creditors under the law regulating insolvency proceedings is not exclusive.</p>
