<p>1. Municipalities. Ordinances. Titles. Gode 1906, § 3406.</p> <p>The provision of Code 1906, § 3406, requiring the subject-matters of municipal ordinances to be clearly expressed in their titles, is mandatory, and such an ordinance having no title is void.</p> <p>2. Criminal Law and Pboceduee. Illegal voting. Code 1906, § 1122. Municipal election.</p> <p>A municipal election is within Code 1906, § 1122, making illegal voting at any election an indictable offense.</p>
