In this appeal from an amended judgment in a commercial lease dispute, appellant challenges the district court's decision to pierce the corporate veil and add him as judgment debtor. Because we conclude that appellant forfeited any procedural-due-process argument and that the district court did not abuse its discretion in piercing the corporate veil and adding appellant as judgment debtor, we affirm.
