The plaintiff-appellee's fraud claim became moot when the trial court granted the party's motion to dismiss the claim with prejudice and, accordingly any challenge to the fraud claim is moot. Where defendant-appellant failed to cite any authorities or statutes and failed to separately argue the second and third assignments of error, those assignments of error are overruled.
