<p>Forcible detainer—when an additional bond may be required on appeal., The statute authorizing the circuit court to require a new bond in the case of an appeal by the defendant, in an action of forcible detainer, from the judgment of a justice of the peace, does not authorize the exercise of that power previous to the commencement of the term to which the appeal is taken.</p>
