A cause of action for death hy wrongful act, accruing in another state by virtue of its laws, may not be enforced in this state by an administrator appointed in this state for the estate of the deceased, who was a residént of this state, following Batiese v. Railroad Co., 102 Kan. 468, 170 Pac. 811.</p>
