DOMESTIC RELATIONS – SHARED PARENTING – R.C. 3119.23 – R.C. 3119.24 – CHILD SUPPORT: The trial court did not abuse its discretion by adopting the shared-parenting plan filed after the trial started because the statutory deadline in R.C. 3109.04 was directory and the opposing party had an adequate opportunity to respond to the plan. The trial court erred by not strictly complying with R.C. 3119.23 and 3119.24 in awarding child support where the court deviated from the worksheet set forth in former R.C. 3119.022, but failed to make the required determination that the obligation was unjust and not in the best interest of the children or factual findings to support such a deviation.
