Syllabus

<p>1. The holder of a note having accepted a deed from the maker in full satisfaction thereof, there is no longer a liability of the guarantor thereon which will support his note thereafter given to said holder.</p> <p>2. Plaintiff cannot complain that defendant was awarded less than the full amount of his counterclaim.</p>
