Syllabus
<p>Negligence — Fall of scaffolding.</p> <p>The owners of a building in the course of erection, who have erected a scaffolding for the use of a certain contractor and his men, are not liable for the death of an employee of another contractor caused by the fall of the scaffolding, where it appears that such employee was not upon the scaffold in the performance of any work which he was employed to do.</p>
