<p>Error to Gallatin.</p> <p>I. New Trial — recordmust show evidence. Where the error relied upon to reverse a judgment is that the court below ought to have granted a new trial, for the reason that the verdict was contrary to evidence, the bill of exceptions should state that the whole evidence is disclosed therein, otherwise it cannot be the basis of an assignment of error, (a) </p>
