<p>Chattel Mortgage — Laborer’s Liens. — Held, under the evidence, that the court erred in finding that labor was performed at instance and request of appellant, or that he in any manner waived the lien created by his chattel mortgage in favor of the respondents’ liens for labor, and also erred in holding that respondents’ liens were prior to the mortgage lien of appellant.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
