<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Partnership — Action Between Partners jor Contribution — Statute of Limitations. A cause of action between partners for contribution on account of money advanced to the partnership or of partnership debts paid by one of the partners is barred by the statute of limitations if the action is not commenced within three years after the cause of action accrues, notwithstanding the fact that the partner from whom contribution is claimed asked for an accounting after the three years had expired.</p>
