Syllabus

Teenager arrested for poaching set fire to neighbors' vehicles in alleged retribution for reporting his poaching activity to authorities. Neighbors sued teenager's parents for negligent supervision. Trial court properly granted summary judgment to teenager's parents where no facts suggested that parents knew the teenager had a propensity to commit arson.
