Syllabus
<p>Administbation—of non-resident estates—creditor living in State preferred over public administrator. On the death of a non-resident intestate leaving real or personal property in this State, a creditor of the estate living in this State is entitled to preference over the public administrator in the grant of letters of administration upon such estate.</p>
