<p>Ejectment — Equitable ejectment — Conclusiveness of first judgment — Bankruptcy.</p> <p>A judgment in ejectment recovered by a trustee in bankruptcy against the wife of the bankrupt who had bought the property in controversy with money furnished by her husband when insolvent, is a judgment in an equitable ejectment, and conclusively bars a second action of ejectment by the wife of the bankrupt against the trustee in bankruptcy. If such second ejectment is brought the writ will be quashed.</p>
