Syllabus

<p>Sale — Fraud—Misrepresentations—Conflicting testimony.</p> <p>In an action to recover the value of stock alleged to have been sold by the defendant to plaintiff under false representations as to Its value and the character of the company, a verdict and judgment for the defendant will be sustained, where the case depends upon disputed questions of fact which are submitted to the jury in a clear and adequate charge, directing the jury’s attention to the evidence, and instructing them as to the law applicable to the evidence.</p>
