<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. Written Contract — Oral Testimony Inadmissible. An unambiguous written contract, complete in its terms, expresses its own meaning, and statements of witnesses can neither add to, nor detract from, that signification.</p> <p>í¿. Oil and Gas Lease — Forfeiture. In the absence of a stipulation to that effect, a contract granting the right of drilling and operating for oil and gas upon real estate cannot be forfeited for a breach of one of its terms.</p> <p>3. - Contract Construed. A contract granting the right of drilling and operating for oil and gas upon real estate'construed.</p>
