Syllabus

<p>3?baudulent Conveyance—Receiver—Case at bar.—Creditor of retail storekeepers bought their stock of goods, got credit for his debt, and assumed certain of their debts. Wholesale merchants, with only personal demands against them, got injunction and had receiver appointed to take charge of and sell the goods. There being no evidence of fraudulent intent: held, the injunction and receiver were improper.</p>
