Syllabus

The trial court's decision to award custody to Father, and its analysis of the best interest factors, was not against the manifest weight of the evidence or an abuse of discretion where the record contains a substantial amount of credible and competent evidence that awarding custody to Father was in the children's best interest. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in declining to find Father in contempt of the court's orders where Mother failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that Father violated the court's orders on any specific occasion.
