<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. School Laws — Repeal of Act of 1891. — Section 35 of chapter 25 of the Session Laws of 1891, providing that certain temporary funds for school purposes should be paid into the county treasury to the account of the several school districts wherein such sums are collected, was, in effect, repealed by chapter 59, Laws of 1893. (Section 1548, C. L. of 1S97.)</p> <p>2. School Revenue from Gaming Licenses — Apportionment of.— After the repeal of section 35 of chapter 25 of the Session Laws of 1891, revenue derived from gaming licenses for school purposes was distributable, as provided by section 13 of the act of 1891, (section 1526 C. L. of 1897) by apportionment to the several districts within the county in proportion to the number of children residing in each over five and under twenty-one years of age, that being the only law providing for its distribution.</p>
