<p>Injunction — Foreclosure Sale — Cloud on Title — Judgment.—A sale under a judgment for the foreclosure of a lien would not create a cloud upon the title or in any manner affect the rights of one owning the fee and in the actual possession of the land, hut not a party to the judgment; and a court of equity will not enjoin the sale at his instance.</p>
