Syllabus
The trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying Plaintiff-Appellant's request for an additional extension of time and for leave to file an affidavit opposing the motion for summary judgment where Plaintiff-Appellant could not provide anything to refute the evidence in the record. There being no genuine issues of material fact for trial, the trial court appropriately entered summary judgment against Plaintiff-Appellant. Assignments of error overruled. Judgment affirmed.
