The court has no jurisdiction, after the denial of a motion for new trial and the proper entry of judgment in the case, to again consider a like motion, based upon the same grounds, and make another order in the case.</p> <p>Appeal (388)—Right to Allege Ebbor—Cross-Appeals. The supreme court is limited to matters complained of by appellant, in the absence of a cross-appeal by respondent.</p>
