<p>Taxation — Unseated lands — Severance of oil, gas and minerals</p> <p>The title to oil, gas and minerals may be severed from the surface of unseated lands, and if such severance has taken place, such oil, gas and minerals may be separately taxed, if it be ascertained they have taxable value.</p>
