Syllabus
<p>1. Fraudulent Conveyances. Evidence. Creditor accepting notes secured by conveyance assailed,</p> <p>A sale of lands will not be held to have been fraudulent upon evidence tending to show a -previously existing purpose on the part of the grantor to put the property beyond the reach of his creditors, where the sale was for full value and the notes given for the purchase money, secured by a deed of trust on the land, were promptly transferred to and accepted by the complaining creditor of the grantor as security for his debt.</p> <p>:Z. Deeds. Subsequent conveyances. Mortgages. Priority of record.</p> <p>The title of a grantee in a conveyance duly recorded is not affected by the grantor’s subsequent trust deed on the land executed without his knowledge or acquiescence.</p>
