Syllabus

<p>1. What purports to be a bill of exceptions, unattested by the signature of the Judge, but signed and agreed to by counsel for the respective parties, and filed here as an original paper, cannot be considered in this court.</p> <p>3. A bill of exceptions, to be available, must be signed by the Judge, and an original paper, purporting to be a bill of exceptions filed in this court, in addition to and separate from the record as regularly certified, constitutes no part of the record of the judgment of the Circuit . Court, and where otherwise there is no error alleged or perceived, the judgment will be affirmed.</p>
