Syllabus
<p>1. Limitation of Estates — Rescission.—An estate in remainder vests upon execution of the deed, and cannot be defeated by life tenant by rescission of the deed.</p> <p>2. Mortgages — Subrogation.—The mere payment of a mortgage on land by a purchaser, of which he had notice at time of purchase, does not entitle him to be subrogated to rights of mortgagee.</p>
