<p>Wages — Assignment of wages — Usury—Equity.</p> <p>Where an assignment of future wages is made at a time when a usurious loan is contracted, such assignment, after the loan with legal interest has been paid or tendered in full, will be set aside and canceled by a court of equity.</p>
