<p>Estate op Deceased Person—Additional Family Allowance. — Where the family allowance previously granted to the widow of a deceased person for a limited period has been exhausted, the estate being solvent, she is entitled to such further allowance as is necessary for her maintenance during the progress of the settlement of the estate.</p>
