<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT</p> <p>The delivery oí an automobile, to one to be repaired does not thereby clothe the bailee with the indicia of ownership to the extent that upon sale by the bailee of the property to a third person the bailor cannot recover the property from the purchaser, but the principle of caveat emptor applies.</p>
