<p>Sale—-patiy purchasing, alone liable. Where goods are sold, to a firm, whose notes are given for the price, and the firm purchasing buys for another firm, composed, in part, of the same members, and the latter firm pays the first for the same, it will not be liable to the original vendor for the price.</p>
