<p>Mechanic's lien — Apportionment of claim — Act of June 16, 1836, see. 13,</p> <p>Two adjoining buildings separated by a solid brick wall partition from the cellar to the attic, with no internal communication, form a block of two buildings, and a mechanic’s lien filed against “a double brick dwelling house,” and not apportioned between the two buildings, cannot be sustained under the act of June 16, 1836, sec. 13, P. L. 699.</p>
