Tlie purchaser at a receiver’s sale made under order of court submits himself to the jurisdiction of the court, and may be compelled to comply with his bid by rule in the original case.</p> <p>Frauds, Statute or — Judicial Sales. Judicial sales do not fall within the statute of frauds.</p>
