<p>Negligence — Municipalities—Public park-r-Unguarded walk.</p> <p>In an action against a city to recover damages sustained in falling over an embankment from a walk without guard rails in a public park, no recovery can be had by the plaintiff where the evidence shows that the plaintiff was injured, not in the ordinary use of the walk which was suitable for ordinary travel conducted in the ordinary manner, but by being pushed from the walk by the impact of a slipping or falling girl behind him.</p>
