<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>Where several parties have a common interest they may be joined as plaintiffs or defendants in the same suit.</p> <p>A planting partnership claiming possession of lands may be made defendant in a petitory action.</p> <p>It is not necessary that .the description of property demanded in a petitory action .should be described with absolute certainty.</p> <p>Measurements and boundaries established by a survey made at the request of a previous owner will be binding upon subsequent purchasers until showed to be incorrect.</p> <p>Limits fixed by a survey made without notice to neighbors are null and of no effect.</p>
