<p>Insurance — Fire insurance — Incumbrances—Charge on land.</p> <p>A charge upon land created by will is an incumbrance within the meaning of a clause in a policy of fire insurance which provides that “if the property real or personal covered by this policy be or become encumbered by a mortgage, trust-deed, judgment or otherwise, the entire policy shall be void, unless otherwise provided by agreement endorsed hereon or added hereto.”</p>
