<p>L Customs Duties — Classification—Preserved Fruit — Figs.</p> <p>Figs preserved whole, as nearly as possible in their natural condition, are dutiable under the enumeration of “figs,” in paragraph 264, Schedule G, § 1, c. 11, Tariff Act July 24, 1897, 30 Stat. 171 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1651], and not as “fruits preserved, * * * not specially provided for,” under paragraph 263 of said act, 30 Stat. 171 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 1651].</p>
