<p>Husband, and wife — Gift to husband — Evidence—Findings of fact.</p> <p>A finding by the court below that a wife of somewhat feeble mind did not give to her avaricious husband a sum of money which she received from her mother’s estate, will not be reversed, where there is competent evidence to sustain the finding and there is no manifest error.</p>
