Syllabus

<p>1. Mobtuages. Foreclosure. Confirmation. Rights of pu/rchaser. Crowing crops.</p> <p>A purchaser under foreclosure proceedings, as against the mortgagor and those claiming under him, is entitled to all crops un-severed from the mortgaged premises at the time of confirmation of sale.</p> <p>2. Same. Tenants of mortgagor. Notice. Practice.</p> <p>The right of a purchaser at foreclosure sale to crops unsevered from the mortgaged premises at the time of confirmation is not affected by the fact that the mortgagor's tenant in possession was not made a party to the foreclosure proceeding.</p>
