<p>Attachment execution — Pensions—United States Statute, § 4747.</p> <p>An attachment execution will not lie against the proceeds of a pension check which a pensioner deposited with a bank for collection, and which the bank after collection placed to the credit of the pensioner as a deposit.</p>
