Syllabus

<p>Adverse Possession. Evidence. Sufficiency.</p> <p>Where the grantor executed an instrument intending thereby' to vest title in the grantee to certain lands and such grantees entered into 'the possession of such lands, and so remained for more than ten years, openly and notoriously, claiming the ex-' elusive ownership thereof under said instrument, this title became perfect by adverse possession, whether such instrument would be construed as a will or a deed.</p>
