Syllabus
<p>Estoppel — Silence—Permitting the erection of a building.</p> <p>A property owner living in his own property, who stands by and permits a building to be erected over an alley between the two lots, and into and against his own building, and makes no objection until five years thereafter, is estopped from denying- that he consented to the method of building the adjoining house.</p>
