Syllabus

<p>Partnership — Receivers—Appointment. In an action between partners, it is proper to appoint a receiver to take charge of tbe concern pending tbe suit, where the preponderance of the evidence establishes the existence of the partnership, which is denied by the defendant, who wrongfully excludes the plaintiff from participating in the management of the firm business, and it is apparent that a dissolution must ultimately he decreed.</p>
