<p>Judgments — Opening judgments — Judicial discretion.</p> <p>In an application to open a judgment and set aside a verdict, the court did not err in dismissing the petition, where a responsive answer was filed to the averments of the petitioner, to which no reply was made, and where no testimony was produced to refute the allegations of the answer.</p>
