<p>ATTACHMENT AND GARNISHMENT.</p> <p>Marvin, Winch and Henry, JJ.</p> <p>Sufficient Evidence to Sustain Attachment on the Ground of Concealment op Assets.</p> <p>A motion to discharge an attachment will be overruled where the evidence in support of the order of attachment, being entirely in the form of affidavits, shows that the defendant had told several reputable persons that he could pay a certain judgment if he wanted to but that he had nothing that creditors could reach; that he was execution proof; that he had plenty of property with which to pay his debts but that he could not he forced into paying anything he did not want to pay.</p> <p>[Syllabus approved by the court.]</p>
