<p>Patents (§ 328*) — Validity and Infringement — Exchange Scrip-Bqoks.</p> <p>The Richardson and Bangston patent, No. 669,489, for a scrip-book containing a series of coupons to be detached and exchanged for passage-tickets, the essential feature of which is that the units are expressed in money instead of in miles, as in ordinary mileage tickets, which adapts them to more convenient use on transportation lines having different rates, discloses patentable invention, and is valid; also held infringed.</p> <p>Carpenter, District Judge, dissenting.</p>
