<p>Negligence — Street railways — Passenger—Standing on running board of summer car — Contributory negligence.</p> <p>A passenger who rides on the running board of a summer car when there is room for him to stand within the body of the car, is guilty of contributory negligence, and if he is thrown from this position by a lurch' of the car in passihg rapidly around a curve, and killed, no recovery can be had for his death from the railway company.</p>
