<p>Patents (§ 328*) — Validity and Infringement — Brick Veneering Apparatus.</p> <p>The Ramsay patent, No. 685,410, for an apparatus for veneering brick, as they come from tlie brick machine, was liot anticipated by patents in the prior art nor by prior use, but is novel and discloses invention, the device being one of great merit and value in the art; also held infringed.</p>
