<p>Courts (§ 385*)—Federal Supreme Court—Jurisdiction—Constitutional Questions.</p> <p>Where the jurisdiction of the federal Circuit Court is invoked solely on the ground that the suit arises under the federal Constitution, as involving the construction and application of the commerce clause, an appeal lies directly to the federal Supreme Court, and not to the Circuit Court of Appeals, under Judiciary Act March 3, 1891, e. 517, § 5, 26 fit at. 827 (U.
