<p>Sheriff's sale — Contract—Trusts and trustees — Interest,</p> <p>Where a property is bought in at sliorilF’s sale by a junior judgment creditor under an agreement with a senior judgment creditor that the former will divide up the laud into lots, sell the same, and out of the proceeds pay taxes and certain other incumbrances, and pay the senior judgment without interest, the court will decree that the purchaser holds the land charged with a trust in favor of the senior creditor, to sell the same within a reasonable time, and that if he delays for more than a year to effect a sale of lots sufficient to pay the senior judgment, interest will be charged upon it.</p>
